This website: www.pyxispro.co.za (the “Site“) is owned and operated by Pyxis Projects (“Pyxis Projects“), a company established under the laws of the South Africa (“ZA“).
The Contract
The entering, browsing, downloading, copying or otherwise using of this Site and/or any information or material from this Site (“Use” or “Using“), is and shall be upon and subject to the Terms and Conditions set out herein (“the Terms“), as may be changed from time to time, without notice, and in our discretion. The Site has a general part but also contains several sub-sites dedicated to business units and/or affiliates of Pyxis Projects (“Affiliates“).
